Italian FM Lands in Beirut

Italian Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano Thursday arrived in Beirut for talks with senior Lebanese officials.


Alfano is expected to hold talks with President Michel Aoun, House Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister Saad Hariri.


He will also hold talks with his Lebanese counterpart FM Gebran Bassil.


The Italian FM will also visit his country's UNIFIL contingent in south Lebanon.
